أولا الإشارة للمراجع  

   يراعى الآتى فيما يختص بالإشارة للمراجع :

  • يجب عليك ذكر اسم المرجع لأى حقائق علمية أو مفاهيم أو بيانات غير خاصة بك .
  • عند استعارة نص بأكمله لمؤلف أشر إلى ذلك  وضعه بين  علامتى تنصيص مثال ذلك  "Robert said"    Avoid redundancy   .
  • يمكن كتابة مراجع فى الإيضاحات الموجودة أسفلCaptions  الجداول .
  • لا تضع مراجع فى ذيل صفحة .
  • لا تستخدم مراجع فى العناوين و مستخلص الرسالة .
  • يذكر المرجع فى نفس الجملة التى وظف فيها و ليس بعيدا عنها .      
  • جميع المراجع الواردة فى الرسالة لابد أن تضمها القائمة .
  • تدون المراجع ذات المؤلف الواحد بذكر الاسم الأخير للمؤلف يتبعه سنة النشر بين الأقواس مثل    (Walker  1966) .
  •  تدون المراجع ذات المؤلفين  بذكر الاسم الأخير للمؤلف الأول ، و، ثم  الاسم الأخير للثانى ثم سنة النشر بين الأقواس مثل  Simpson and Hays (1994) .
  • تدون المراجع التى لها أكثر من مؤلفين بذكر الاسم الأخير للباحث الأول فقط ثم et al. على النحو التالى   Fry et al.  .
  •  ضع على كل مرجع تستعين به علامة مميزة حتى لا تنسى إدراجه عند إعداد القائمة.

 

ثانيا قائمة المراجع

يستطيع القارئ أن يحكم على مدى دقتك فى عملك وفى إعدادك للرسالة من مجرد استعراض قائمة المراجع فقط فتوخى الدقة  بنية الكتابة   Format والإدراج  Listing  و الترتيب Ordering

ترتب المراجع على النحو التالى :

  • يتم ترتيب القائمة تبعا للترتيب الأبجدي  للاسم الأخير للمؤلف  the author's last   nameأو الباحث الأول إذا كان للمرجع أكثر من باحث .
  • عند اتفاق أكثر من مؤلف فى الحرف الأول يتم اللجوء للحرف الثانى أو الأحرف التالية لعمل الترتيب . 
  • بتم الترتيب تبعا لسنوات النشر فى حالة تعدد أسماء مؤلفين أو وجود عديد من المراجع انفس المؤلف .
  • عند وجود عديد من المراجع لنفس المؤلف يوضع البحث الفردى فى بداية الترتيب بصرف النظر عن سنة النشر .

 

أما عن بنية كتابة قائمة المراجع من مصادر مختلفة فتكون على النحو التالى مع تقديم أمثلة  :

إذا كان لكتاب متعدد الفصول أكثر من رئيس تحرير يكتب لقب الأول ثم  et al.    

  إذا لم تعثر على اسم أو أسماء رؤساء تحرير على كتاب المؤتمر اترك هذه المعلومة

المراجع المتحصل عليها من على شبكة المعلومات  

§    تدرج المراجع الإلكترونية عادة بعد الانتهاء من سرد المراجع المطبوعة .

§    يجب ذكر تاريخ الحصول على المعلومات الالكترونية ، حيث أن بعضها قد لا يكون موجودا فى وقت أخر و قد يجرى عليه تغيير .

§    URLراعى أن تذكر  بدقه حتى يمكن للقارئ أن يصل إلي المصدر  .

§    أحصل على معلوماتك من مصادر موثوق بها و تجنب قدر الإمكان الحصول على معلومات ليست مقرونة باسم الباحث و تاريخ نشرها .
